1. (1) This Order may be cited as the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(Application of Part VI) Order, 1948 (Revocation) Order, 1957.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1957.

2. The

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(Application of Part VI) Order, 1948 (

), is hereby revoked.

Explanatory Note.

The effect of this Order is to revoke as from 1st July, 1957, the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(Application of Part VI) Order, 1948, which is being replaced by a similar provision contained in

Section 24

of the

Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1956
