S.I. No. 115/1957 - Salmon Export Levy Order, 1957.

1. This Order may be cited as the Salmon Export Levy Order, 1957.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of June, 1957.

3. No person shall export salmon unless there is produced to the proper Officer of Customs and Excise at the time of exportation evidence in the prescribed form of the payment at the prescribed rate of levy on such salmon.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

As from 14th June, 1957, the exportation of salmon is prohibited unless export levy at the prescribed rate has first been paid.
