1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 375) (Aluminium Knitting Pins) Order, 1956.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3.

Section 5

of the

Finance Act, 1937

(No. 18 of 1937), and the First Schedule thereto, shall, as respects articles imported on or after the 30th day of March, 1956, have effect as if subparagraph (

d

) in the second column of that Schedule at reference number 14 were deleted.
