1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Education (Agency) (No. 2) Order, 1956.

2. Thomas Francis O'Higgins, Minister for Health, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Education during the period commencing on the 17th day of March, 1956, and ending on the 30th day of March, 1956.

MINISTER FOR EDUCATION (AGENCY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1956.

WHEREAS Richard Mulcahy, Minister for Education, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of

section 7

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
