S.I. No. 149/1956 - Cork Gas Charges (No. 2) Order, 1956.

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork Gas Charges (No. 2) Order, 1956.

2. On and after the 22nd day of June, 1956, the maximum price in respect of gas supplied by the Cork Gas Consumers' Company shall be thirty four decimal eight pence per therm.

3. The Cork Gas Charges Order, 1956 (

S.I. No. 13 of 1956

) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This instrument increases the maximum price of gas in Cork from thirty decimal eight pence per therm to thirty four decimal eight pence per therm.
