S.I. No. 93/1955 - Night Work (Bakeries) (Exceptional Work) Order, 1955.

1. This Order may be cited as the Night Work (Bakeries) (Exceptional Work) Order, 1955.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th, day of May, 1955.

3. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this. Order.

4. Each process of manufacture specified in the Schedule hereto done in any bakery to which the Act applies shall be exceptional work.

5. The Night Work (Bakeries) (Exceptional Work) Order, 1937 (

S. R. & O. No. 7 of 1937

), is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

Flour-blending ; doughmaking ; spongemaking ; and, when carried on in the County Borough or County of Dublin, the clearing of provers and ovens.
