2. The third column of the Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Wexford Harbour) Order, 1950 (

S.I. No. 238 of 1950

), is hereby amended by the substitution of Is. 0d. for 8d. and 9d. opposite " Coal, Culm " and " Coke " respectively in the first column of the Schedule.

HARBOUR RATES (WEXFORD HARBOUR) ORDER, 1950 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

Section 104

of the

Harbours Act, 1946

(No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Wexford Harbour) Order, 1950 (Amendment) Order, 1955.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1955.
