S.I. No. 44/1955 - River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1955.

1. This Order may be cited as the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1955.

2. The sum of £4,000,000 is hereby prescribed as the maximum sum to be advanced for the purpose of carrying out the Scheme approved by the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (

S.I. No. 321 of 1949

).

3. The River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1953 (

S.I. No. 168 of 1953

) and the amendment effected by that order are hereby revoked.

(No. 12 of 1945), as amended by

section 2

of the

Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1952

(No. 4 of 1952), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows :—
