1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Industry and Commerce (Agency) Order, 1955.

2. Brendan Corish, Minister for Social Welfare, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Industry and Commerce during the period commencing on the 31st day of December, 1955, and ending on the 6th day of February, 1956.

MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE (AGENCY, ORDER, 1955.

WHEREAS William Norton, Minister for Industry and Commerce, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of

section 7

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
