1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Defence (Agency) Order, 1955.

2. Liam Cosgrave, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Defence during the period commencing on the 9th day of February, 1955, and ending on the 12th day of February, 1955.

MINISTER FOR DEFENCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1955.

WHEREAS Seán MacEoin, Minister for Defence, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of

section 7

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
