S.I. No. 211/1955 - Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) Order, 1955.

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) Order, 1955.

2. The amount standing at any particular time borrowed under

section 103

of the

Health Act, 1947

, by a health authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall not exceed the sum specified in the second column of the said Schedule in respect of such health authority.
