1. This Order may be cited as the

City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955

(Date of Commencement) Order, 1955.

2. The

City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955

(except section 23 in so far as it relates to the repeal of the

Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948

(No. 15 of 1948), shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1955.
