S.I. No. 77/1954 - Land Reclamation Act (Finance) Regulations, 1954.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Reclamation Act (Finance) Regulations, 1954.

2. Regulation 7 of the Land Reclamation Act (Finance) Regulations, 1952 (

S.I. No. 87 of 1952

), is hereby amended by the deletion of paragraphs (2) and (3) thereof and the substitution of the following

" (2) All arrears of reclamation annuities and payments on account of such arrears shall be dealt with under like arrangements as are applicable to arrears of purchase annuities."

Land Reclamation Act, 1949
