1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Defence (Agency) Order, 1954.

2. Liam Cosgrave, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Defence during the period commencing on the 1st day of September, 1954, and ending on the 12th day of October, 1954.
