1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Manufactures Regulations, 1932 (Amendment) Regulations, 1953.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these regulations.

3. The control of Manufactures Regulations, 1932 (

S. R. & O. No. 108 of 1932

), are hereby amended by the addition to Article 8 of the following paragraph

" (ix) the prohibition or restriction of the sale in the State of the products of the process authorised by the licence."
