1. This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Housing (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1953.

GAELTACHT HOUSING (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1953.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Lands and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

section 9

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
