1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) (No. 7) Order, 1953.

2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance during the period commencing on the 3rd day of December, 1953, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1953.

MINISTER FOR FINANCE (AGENCY) (NO. 7) ORDER, 1953.

WHEREAS Seán MacEntee, Minister for Finance, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of

section 7

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:—
