1. This Order may be cited as the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
(Section 34) (Urban District of Wicklow) Order, 1953.

Section 34
of the
Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948
, shall come into operation in the sanitary district consisting of the Urban District of Wicklow on the seventh day after the date of this Order.
