S.I. No. 306/1953 - Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 3) Order 1953.

1. This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 3) Order, 1953.

2. The Official Certificate of which particulars are given in the Schedule hereto is hereby recognised as indicating that the meat or meat product to which it relates was prepared in accordance with criteria satisfactory to the said Minister for Health.

SCHEDULE.

A label having on it a design in the form set out below, except thar the circular device in the centre of the label and the serial number are printed in orange colour, and in place of the serial number H 9052384 other serial numbers may be substituted.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 11th day of September, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-three.
