1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Agriculture (Agency) Order, 1953.

2. JAMES RYAN, Minister for Health and Minister for Social Welfare, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Agriculture during the period commencing on the 21st day of September, 1953 and ending on the 12th day of October, 1953.

WHEREAS THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of

section 7

of the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939

(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
