1. This Order may be cited as the

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

2. The

Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952

(No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the townlands of Clarehill, Lissan East, Lissan West, Islandmcgrath, Islandavanna Upper and Islandavanna Lower, in the Barony of Islands and County of Clare.
