S.I. No. 281/1953 - Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1953.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1953.

(2) The Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Orders, 1951 and 1952, and this Order may be cited together as the Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Orders, 1951 to 1953.

2. The statutory powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Gearóid Mac Pharthaláin, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture.
