1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) (No. 3) Order, 1953.

2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance until the 7th day of July, 1953.

WHEREAS Seán MacEntee, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (

) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act,
1939
(No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—
