1. These regulations may be cited as the

Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936

(Aviation Business) Regulations, 1953.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these regulations.

3. Articles 4 and 5 of, and the Second Schedule to the

Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936

(Aviation Business) Regulations, 1947 (

S. R. & O. No. 1 of 1947

), are hereby revoked.
