S.I. No. 21/1953 - Social Welfare (Persons Treated As Employers) Regulations, 1953.

1. The Minister for Education.

2. (a) Where the vessel is being purchased under a hire purchase agreement, the bailee.

(b) In any other case, the owner.

3. In relation to any employment specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations, the person specified opposite thereto in the second column shall for the purposes of the Act be treated as the employer of the employed contributor employed in that employment.

(No. 11 of 1952), and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations :—
