1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers Order, 1939 (Partial Revocation) Order, 1953,

2. (1) The following provisions of the Emergency Powers Order, 1939 (S. R. & O. No. 224 of 1939), are hereby revoked

(

a

) Paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of Article 75,

(

b

) Article 76,

(

c

) Article 91, and

(

d

) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 30th day of June, 1953.
