1. This Order may be cited as the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (Amendment) Order, 1953.

2. Article 3 of the River Lee Hydro-Electric Scheme Approval Order, 1949 (

S.I. No. 321 of 1949

), is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following—

" and, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, the sum of £3,630,000 is hereby prescribed as the maximum sum to be advanced for the purpose of carrying out the scheduled Scheme."
