1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Military Service Pensions Act, 1934

, Regulations, 1953.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Minister for Defence may accept an application under

section 7

of the

Military Service Pensions Act, 1934

(No. 43 of 1934), not later than the 18th day of March, 1954.

4. The

Military Service Pensions Act, 1934

, Regulations, 1951 (

S.I. No. 285 of 1951

), are hereby revoked.
