1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Milk (Retail Price) (Dublin Sale District) (No. 2) Order, 1952 (Amendment) Order, 1953.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1953.

2. The Milk (Retail Price) (Dublin Sale District) (No. 2) Order, 1952 (

S.I. No. 349 of 1952

) is hereby amended :—

(1) by the deletion of the figure " 5 " from Article 3 (

b

) (ii) thereof and the substitution therefor of the figure " 5½ " and

(2) by the deletion of the figure " 4¾ " from Article 3 (

c

) (ii) thereof and the substitution therefor of the figure " 5 ".
