S.I. No. 346/1952 - Drogheda Gas Charges Order, 1952.

1. This Order may be cited as the Drogheda Gas Charges Order, 1952.

2. On and after the 2nd day of December, 1952, the maximum price of gas supplied by the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Drogheda shall not exceed thirty-four decimal three pence per therm.

3. The Drogheda Gas Charges Order, 1951 (

S.I. No. 203 of 1951

) is hereby revoked as on and from the 2nd day of December, 1952.
