1. This Order may be cited as the Bord na Móna (Payment of Interest) Order, 1952.

2. The Board shall be liable to pay interest on first programme advances in respect of the period commencing on the 1st day of October, 1952, and ending on the day of repayment.

BORD NA MONA (PAYMENT OF INTEREST) ORDER, 1952.

I, SEÁN MACENTEE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 57

of the

Turf Development Act, 1946

(No. 10 of 1946), as amended by

section 4

of the

Turf Development Act, 1950

(No. 23 of 1950), hereby order as follows
