3. The 31st day of October, 1952, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board.

DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1952) ORDER, 1952.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of

Section 11

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936

(No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said subsection and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—
