1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health Act Amendment Act, 1907 (Application of Part VII to County Health District of Waterford) Order, 1952.

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. Part VII of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, is hereby declared to be in force in the County Health District of Waterford.
