1. This Order may be cited as the

Sea Fisheries Act, 1952

(Commencement) (No. 1) Order, 1952.

2. The 24th day of April, 1952, is hereby fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Sea Fisheries Act, 1952

(No. 7 of 1952) shall come into operation, that is to say :—
