1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Defence (Agency) Order, 1951.

2. ÉAMON DE VALÉRA, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Defence during the period commencing on the 21st day of September, 1951, and ending on the date on which the said OSCAR TRAYNOR resumes the duties of that office.
