LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF WICKLOW) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sub-section (2) of

Section 34

of the

Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948

(No. 3 of 1948), hereby orders as follows :—

(1) This Order may be cited as the

Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948

(Section 34) (County Health District of Wicklow) Order, 1950.

Section 34

of the

Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948

, shall come into operation in the County Health District of Wicklow on the 7th day after the date of this Order.
