REGISTERS OF PATENT AGENTS AND CLERKS RULES (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1950.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance, testified by his Official Seal annexed hereto, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 63

of the

Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927

(No. 16 of 1927), as amended by the

Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949

(No. 32 of 1949), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, by this Order make the following Rules :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Registers of Patent Agents and Clerks Rules (Amendment) Rules, 1950.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1950.
