1. (1) This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 139) Order, 1950.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1950.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The days and times for holding the District Court in the District Court area mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby varied by the substitution of the days and times mentioned in that behalf in the said Schedule for those appointed heretofore.

4. Business transacted in the District Court which is initiated before the date on which this Order comes into operation and is not completed before that date shall be continued and completed on the days and at the times mentioned in this Order.
