1. This Order may be cited as the Flax (Amount of Flax Bounty for Sale Season, 1950-51) Order, 1950.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The maximum quantity of flax on which flax bounty will be paid under the

Flax Act, 1936

, in respect of the sale season beginning on the 1st day of October, 1950, shall be one stone.
