S.I. No. 145/1950 - Control of Imports (Quota No. 38, Twenty-Fifth Period) Order, 1950.

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 38, Twenty-fifth Period) Order, 1950.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The period specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order is hereby appointed to be the next quota period under the quota order specified in the first column of the said Schedule and the quantity of goods to which such quota order applies specified in the third column of the said Schedule is hereby appointed to be the quota in respect of the said next quota period.

4. Of the quota appointed by this Order, 48,000 gross shall be screws which are shown, to the satisfaction of the Revenue Commissioners, to have been manufactured either in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or in Canada.
