1. This Order may be cited as the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(Export of Venison) Order, 1949.

2. On and after the 18th day of March, 1949, no person shall export venison except under and in accordance with a licence issued in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture under the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(No. 18 of 1947).

AGRICULTURAL, AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF VENISON) ORDER, 1949.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 2

of the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—
