(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 17th day of January, 1949.

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 323) ORDER, 1944 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1949.
The Government, in exercise of the Powers conferred on them by the
Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946
(No. 22. of 1946), hereby order as follows :—
