1. This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 128) Order, 1949.
2. For the purpose of summary jurisdiction business, the District Court in the district court area of Borris-in-Ossory in the County of Laoighis shall be held on Thursday, the 22nd day of December, 1949, in lieu of the fourth Tuesday in that month.
