1. This Order may be cited as the

Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948

(Continuance) Order, 1949.

2. Part II of the

Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948

(No. 15 of 1948) shall continue in force for six months from the 1st day of July, 1949.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this twenty-fourth day of June, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-nine.
