INFECTIOUS DISEASES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 1949 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1949.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the

Health Act, 1947

(No. 28 of 1947) hereby makes the following regulations :—

1 Revocation of Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1949.

The Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1949 (

S.I. No. 107 of 1949

) are hereby revoked.

2 Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1949 (Revocation) Regulations 1949.
