S.I. No. 60/1948 - Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) Order, 1948.

1. The maximum sum for the purposes of subsection (1) of

section 38

of the

Housing (Amendment) Act, 1948

, shall be one thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds.

2. This Order may be cited as the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899 (Maximum Sum) Order, 1948.
