1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Returns Relating to Cargoes of Fuel) Order, 1944 (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. The Emergency Powers (Returns Relating to Cargoes of Fuel) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 124 of 1944), is hereby amended by the deletion of Article 3 and paragraph (

e

) of Article 4.
