2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended, as on and from the 22nd of January, 1948, by the deletion, in Part I of the Third Schedule, of all matters contained in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 2.
