1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Second-Hand Agricultural Machinery) (Maximum Prices) Order, 1943 (Revocation) Order, 1948.
2. The Emergency Powers (Second-Hand Agricultural Machinery) (Maximum Prices) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 306 of 1943) is hereby revoked as on and from the 14th day of April, 1948.

Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946
