1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 25, Fourteenth Period) Order, 1947.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
3. The period beginning on the 1st day of January, 1948, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1948, is hereby appointed to be the fourteenth quota period under the Control of Imports (Quota No. 25) Order, 1935 (
S. R. & O. No. 569 of 1935
), as amended (which relates to certain motor car body parts).
4. Ten articles to which the said Control of Imports (Quota No. 25) Order, 1935, as amended, applies shall be the quota in respect of the said fourteenth quota period.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Control of Imports Acts, 1934 and 1937, and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—
